Piano Recital

Charity and Grace both take piano lessons with Sister Pedersen in our ward. She is a very good and patient teacher and the girls love her. They each started when they were just under 4.
They have been doing very well.
I found out just before summer that Faith (18 months old at the time) had been sneaking in some piano lessons herself. She would come up to the teacher sit by her on the bench and let the teacher guide her little fingers through "Twinkle A". She had been doing this for a couple of months before I even noticed. Sister Pedersen was just fine with it and in fact encourages it. And Faith sits up tall and LOVES her piano lessons. So when the recital came up in June all my 3 girls played in it!
Forgive the pictures, they were pretty out of focus for some reason. But you get the picture...

This was Charity's second piano recital, so she was a "pro"

Grace looks nervous here but it's just the face she makes, she actually got up and played her song really well for a first timer!

And here is the littlest star! She ran up when it was her turn, played her song (with sister Pedersen guiding her fingers of course) and enjoyed the applause afterward! I must admit she was pretty cute!
